Als Logistiek Planner zorg je dat leveringen op tijd aankomen, houd je de voorraad in de gaten en schakel je dagelijks met leveranciers, transporteurs en collega's. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en hebt met jouw planning direct invloed op de productie en klantleveringen. Als Logistiek Planner zorg je ervoor dat grondstoffen op het juiste moment op de juiste plek zijn voor de productie. Je plant de aanvoer, bestelt grondstoffen bij leveranciers in binnen- en buitenland en regelt de bijbehorende transporten. Daarbij houd je de voorraad en leveringen goed in de gaten en verwerk je belangrijke gegevens in het ERP-systeem. Je hebt dagelijks contact met leveranciers, transporteurs, opslaglocaties en collega's om de logistieke planning soepel te laten verlopen. Dit ga je doen: - Je plant de aanvoer van grondstoffen naar de productielocatie en externe opslaglocaties en plaatst bestellingen bij leveranciers - Je organiseert transporten, bewaakt leveringen en stemt deze af met leveranciers, transporteurs en opslaglocaties - Je beheert importdocumenten, vraagt ontbrekende documenten op en houdt contact met importagenten - Je verwerkt orders en planningen in het ERP-systeem, controleert logistieke facturen en zorgt dat afwijkingen worden gecorrigeerd - Je analyseert gegevens over voorraad, transport en productie, onderzoekt voorraadverschillen en denkt mee over de productieplanning Je werkt in dagdienst, van 07.00 en 18.00 uur.
