Wat ga je doen:Ben jij goed in plannen en houd je overzicht als er veel tegelijk gebeurt? Als planner zorg je ervoor dat het juiste verhuurmaterieel op het juiste moment beschikbaar is. Je houdt rekening met klantwensen, voorraad en technische mogelijkheden en schakelt snel wanneer de planning verandert. Als planner begin je de dag met het bekijken van de planning en lopende opdrachten. Samen met je collega's bespreek je de prioriteiten. Je controleert welk materieel beschikbaar is en koppelt dit aan de juiste klantopdracht. Bij onverwachte veranderingen zoek je snel naar een passende oplossing. Je hebt daarbij veel contact met collega's van logistiek, operations, commercie en fleet coördinatie. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat het materieel op de juiste plek terechtkomt. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Verhuurmaterieel plannen en toewijzen aan klantopdrachten - Beschikbaarheid afstemmen en materiaalverplaatsingen tussen depots coördineren - Knelpunten in de planning signaleren en oplossen en meedenken over verbeteringen - De administratie correct verwerken in het ERP systeem
