Als Logistiek Planner bij Jan van As in Amsterdam zorg jij dat verse vis op tijd bij onze klanten komt. Wat kan je verwachten? Wat ga je doen? Als Logistiek Planner bij Jan van As ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van onze ritten en routes. Jij zorgt dat bestelbussen, chauffeurs en externe vervoerders slim worden ingezet. Zo ontvangen horecaklanten en hotels hun verse vis, schaal- en schelpdieren op tijd. Je bewaakt de voortgang van de planning en grijpt direct in bij vertragingen of wijzigingen. Daarbij schakel je veel met chauffeurs, magazijn, klanten en collega's. Jij houdt de operatie scherp, denkt vooruit en ziet waar processen slimmer kunnen. Dit ga je doen: - Plan dagelijkse en wekelijkse routes voor onze bestelbussen - Bewaak levertijden, ritindelingen en voortgang van de planning - Stem af met chauffeurs, magazijn, klanten en interne afdelingen - Geef ritinformatie aan chauffeurs, zoals bonnen, sleutels en ritgegevens - Registreer controlelijsten voor chauffeurs en vervoerders - Signaleer knelpunten en los operationele problemen snel op - Zet externe transporteurs in wanneer dat nodig is - Zorg voor een duidelijke overdracht aan je collega-planner Ben jij dé Logistiek Planner die wij zoeken? - Je hebt mbo+ werk- en denkniveau - Je hebt ervaring als transportplanner of expediteur - Je hebt ervaring met PTV of een vergelijkbare planningstool - Je hebt ervaring met het beladen van auto's - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B - Je communiceert duidelijk en representatief met chauffeurs, klanten en collega's - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed in woord en geschrift - Je krijgt energie van een planning die klopt tot in de details Wat bieden ...
