Logistiek Planner Maastricht Korte omschrijving Ben jij sterk in plannen, houd je gemakkelijk overzicht en krijg je energie van internationale logistiek? Voor een internationale productieorganisatie in Maastricht zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een Logistieke Planner. In deze veelzijdige functie organiseer en coördineer je internationale zendingen over de weg, over zee en door de lucht. Je zorgt ervoor dat producten correct en op tijd hun bestemming bereiken. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met het warehouse, vervoerders, klanten en collega's binnen de internationale organisatie. Functie omschrijving - Plannen en organiseren van nationale en internationale uitgaande zendingen; - Coördineren van warehouseactiviteiten rondom picking, palletizing en verzending; - Organiseren en aansturen van weg-, zee- en luchttransport via externe logistieke partners; - Bewaken van levertijden en proactief anticiperen op afwijkingen; - Signaleren van logistieke knelpunten en aandragen van praktische oplossingen; - Regelen en opvolgen van retourzendingen en claims; - Administratief verwerken en monitoren van zendingen in het ERP-systeem; - Controleren en verzorgen van benodigde export- en transportdocumentatie; - Werken volgens geldende exportwetgeving, douaneregels en voorschriften voor gevaarlijke goederen; - Bijdragen aan het verbeteren en optimaliseren van logistieke processen. Functie eisen - Aantoonbare ervaring met transportplanning, exportlogistiek en/of supply chain; - Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden; - Oog voor detail zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Kennis van exportdocumentatie, douaneprocessen en vervoer van gevaarlijke stoffen is een pré; - Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 is een pré; - Interesse om op termijn mogelijk door te groeien naar een coördinerende of leidinggevende functie.
