Je werkt binnen een ervaren familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in industriële verpakkingen en transportoplossingen voor onder andere de luchtvaart, defensie en industrie. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je planning en administratie met een actieve rol op de werkvloer. Daarmee ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen productie, logistiek, vervoerders en andere interne afdelingen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Jij houdt overzicht over het logistieke proces en zorgt dat iedere zending volledig en transportgereed wordt aangeboden. - Beoordelen van transportopdrachten, verzamelen van aanvullende informatie en stellen van prioriteiten. - Afstemmen wanneer goederen transportgereed zijn en begeleiden van de overdracht aan vervoerders. - Controleren van verpakkingen, transportbescherming, labeling en etikettering op kwaliteit en juistheid. - Bewaken van de voortgang van transporten en informeren van collega's en andere betrokken partijen over de actuele status. - Controleren van transportdocumenten en registraties en zorgen dat zendingen correct, compleet en op tijd vertrekken.
