The posting

Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste producten, op het juiste moment, met het juiste voertuig en door de juiste chauffeur bij de juiste klant terechtkomen.

· Dagelijkse planning van leveringen, routes, chauffeurs en voertuigen.

· Plannen van laadmomenten, levermomenten, retourstromen en eventuele externe transporteurs.

· Rekening houden met leverdagen, tijdvensters, laadcapaciteit, pallet- en colli-aantallen, geografische ligging en rij-/werktijden.

· Zorgen dat de planning praktisch haalbaar is en niet alleen administratief klopt.

· Coördineren van de dagelijkse logistieke werking en snel oplossingen zoeken bij wijzigingen of problemen.

Voor deze functie zijn mentaliteit, verantwoordelijkheidszin en praktische ingesteldheid minstens zo belangrijk als een specifiek diploma.

We zoeken iemand die zegt: “Geef mij de verantwoordelijkheid en ik zorg ervoor dat de logistiek werkt.”

De kandidaat hoeft niet alles al te kennen, maar moet wel initiatief nemen, systemen snel leren, problemen niet doorschuiven en graag structuur brengen.

Wij zoeken een organisatorische en analytische doener die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van het verbeteren van logistieke processen.

· Ervaring met logistieke planning of distributie.

· Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en praktisch inzicht.

· Goede digitale vaardigheden en affiniteit met systemen.

· Analytisch en cijfermatig sterk.

· Snel kunnen schakelen en prioriteiten kunnen stellen.

· Zelfstandig kunnen werken en initiatief nemen.

· Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

· Problemen praktisch en oplossingsgericht aanpakken.

· Bereidheid om nieuwe systemen en processen snel te leren.

Ervaring met TMS, routeplanningsoftware of Odoo is een sterke troef. Ervaring binnen voeding, FMCG, distributie of gekoeld/diepvriestransport is een pluspunt.
