Als logistiek planner zorg je dagelijks voor het plannen, organiseren en opvolgen van exportzendingen naar klanten en internationale locaties. Je schakelt voortdurend tussen verschillende stakeholders en houdt de logistieke keten efficiënt en overzichtelijk. Daarbij houd je rekening met internationale wetgeving en exporteisen. Je dag bestaat uit het coördineren van warehouseactiviteiten, het organiseren van transporten over de weg, zee en lucht, en het monitoren van levertijden. Je signaleert knelpunten vroegtijdig en lost deze snel op. Administratieve taken, zoals het verwerken van documentatie in het ERP-systeem, horen er ook bij.

- Plannen en organiseren van uitgaande zendingen naar klanten en internationale locaties

- Coördineren van warehouseactiviteiten zoals picking en verzending

- Organiseren van weg-, zee- en luchttransporten via externe partners

- Bewaken van levertijden en anticiperen op afwijkingen

- Signaleren van knelpunten en zoeken naar oplossingen

- Regelen van retourzendingen en claims

- Administratieve verwerking in het ERP-systeem

- hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in logistiek of supply chain

- Ervaring met transportplanning, exportlogistiek of supply chain

- Proactieve instelling en organisatietalent

- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal

- Oog voor detail en sterk in communicatie

- Kennis van exportdocumentatie en douaneprocessen is een pré

- Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 is een pré
