Jouw missie

Als Logistiek Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van leveringen en installaties van fitnesstoestellen in Frankrijk.

Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten efficiënt worden ingepland, middelen optimaal worden ingezet en klanten duidelijkheid krijgen over timing.

Concreet betekent dit dat:

  • Je installaties en transporten plant op basis van prioriteiten, beschikbaarheid van teams en levertermijnen.
  • Je interne en externe installatieteams coördineert en duidelijke instructies geeft over planning en uitvoering.
  • Je rechtstreeks communiceert met Franse klanten over leverdata, wijzigingen en praktische afspraken.
  • Je samenwerkt met het magazijn om ervoor te zorgen dat bestellingen volledig en tijdig vertrekken.
  • Je afwijkingen in stock of planning detecteert en proactief oplossingen voorstelt.
  • Je administratieve verplichtingen, zoals detacheringen voor medewerkers in Frankrijk, correct beheert.
  • Je projecten analyseert en verbetervoorstellen formuleert om efficiëntie en rendabiliteit te verhogen.

Door jouw overzicht en besluitvaardigheid worden vertragingen vermeden, kosten beheerst en klanten professioneel begeleid.
