Hou jij ervan om transport in beweging te houden en snel oplossingen te vinden wanneer de planning verandert?

Voor een groeiend internationaal familiebedrijf in regio Ieper zoeken we een Logistiek Planner. De organisatie is actief binnen internationaal transport en biedt een werkomgeving waar dagelijks contact met chauffeurs, planning en transport centraal staat.

Als Logistiek Planner ben jij de belangrijke schakel tussen de geplande ritten en wat er onderweg daadwerkelijk gebeurt. Jij houdt chauffeurs op de hoogte, volgt transporten nauwgezet en grijpt in zodra een situatie daarom vraagt. Geen dag verloopt volledig volgens hetzelfde scenario, waardoor jouw overzicht en praktische aanpak het verschil maken.

Samen met ervaren collega's zorg je ervoor dat chauffeurs weten waar ze aan toe zijn en transporten zo vlot mogelijk verlopen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De dagelijkse uitvoering van geplande transporten volg je nauwgezet op, waarbij je chauffeurs coördineert en de voortgang bewaakt
  • Chauffeurs rekenen op jouw duidelijke instructies over routes, laad-, los- en spoelprocedures, rusttijden en benodigde documenten
  • Zodra een rit anders loopt dan gepland, schakel je snel en zoek je samen met de transportplanner naar een praktische oplossing
  • Het overzicht behouden over lopende transporten stelt je in staat om problemen vroeg te signaleren en tijdig bij te sturen
  • Met chauffeurs onderhoud je veelvuldig contact zodat afspraken duidelijk blijven en de transportplanning correct in de praktijk wordt uitgevoerd
  • Een specifiek diploma is niet vereist, waarbij vooral jouw praktische aanpak en interesse in transport en dispatching belangrijk zijn
  • Ervaring is niet als harde vereiste opgegeven, maar zelfstandig werken, initiatief nemen en snel kunnen schakelen zijn essentieel
  • Een goed geografisch inzicht helpt je routes en afstanden correct in te schatten en praktische oplossingen voor transporten te vinden
  • Vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels spreken is noodzakelijk, terwijl je communicatief sterk bent, het overzicht bewaart en ook bij veranderingen rustig handelt
