Voor onze klant, actief in dienstverlening , is SD Worx Jobs op zoek naar een Junior Logistiek Planner.

Heb jij een eerste werkervaring in planning achter de rug én kijk jij uit naar een nieuwe uitdaging bij een werkgever waar jouw talent optimaal wordt ingezet?

Wegens interne doorgroei van een collega, kijkt onze klant uit naar een nieuwe Junior Logistiek Planner, om het team van 3 collega's compleet te maken.

Wat mag jij verwachten in deze rol?

  • Dagelijks sta je in contact met klanten en opdrachtgevers, dit zowel via telefonie als mail
  • Jij staat in voor een optimale personeelsplanning van een 20 tal collega's
  • Bij last minute wijzigingen hou jij het hoofd koel en zorg je voor een gepaste oplossing
  • Je staat in voor het dossierbeheer: je maakt leverbonnen op en informeert jouw collega's zodat zij vlot hun opdrachten kunnen uitvoeren
  • Je zorgt voor de juiste administratieve afhandeling bij binnenkomende producten/stalen
  • En werkt nauw samen met jouw collega-planner en jullie worden op termijn elkaars backup bij vakantie

Beschik jij over het gewenst profiel?

  • Je hebt een relevant Bachelor diploma en/of denkniveau en hebt reeds een eerste ervaring in planning achter de rug
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en weet van nature uit hoe je de perfecte planningspuzzel legt
  • Je werkt klantgericht en dat voel je in jouw manier van communiceren
  • Je drukt jou uitstekend uit in het Nederlands en ent vlot in het Engels (voertaal)
  • Je vrienden omschrijven jou als een echte teamplayer, die open staat voor initiatieven om de werking te optimaliseren
  • Ervaring met een ERP pakket is een pluspunt
