Voor een gevestigde en toekomstgerichte organisatie in de regio Brugge zijn we op zoek naar een logistiek planner. Als Logistiek planner vorm je een belangrijke schakel binnen de dagelijkse werking en zorg je mee voor een vlotte organisatie van de logistieke- en transportactiviteiten. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waarin planning, communicatie en efficiëntie centraal staan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Vanuit een efficiënte planning zorg je ervoor dat opdrachten en routes optimaal worden ingepland en dagelijks vlot worden uitgevoerd
  • Als aanspreekpunt voor de chauffeurs bied je ondersteuning bij vragen of problemen en onderhoud je zowel telefonisch als op de site nauw contact met hen
  • Wanneer de planning verandert of onverwachte situaties zich voordoen, stuur je tijdig bij en bewaak je de goede voortgang van de transportactiviteiten
  • Ook administratief volg je de opdrachten nauwgezet op en controleer je de nodige gegevens met het oog op een correcte verwerking en facturatie
  • Samen met Customer Service denk je actief mee over verbeteringen die de processen en planning efficiënter kunnen maken
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen planning, dispatching of logistiek, maar ook met een relevante opleiding en sterke motivatie kom je in aanmerking
  • Dankzij je assertiviteit en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden weet je chauffeurs op een professionele manier aan te sturen en blijf je rustig en flexibel wanneer de planning wijzigt
  • Een vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus
