The posting

Als logistiek planner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en zo efficiënt mogelijk inplannen van verschillende logistieke orders. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers en hebt dagelijks contact via e-mail en telefoon. Je verwerkt orders in het WMS-systeem (Exact) en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratie rondom de orders goed op orde is.

Daarnaast maak je samen met de operationele afdeling de dagelijkse planning. Je zorgt ervoor dat de orders goed worden voorbereid voor de operators en maakt waar nodig de bijbehorende labels. Ook bereid je de documenten voor chauffeurs voor en zorg je dat alle benodigde documenten beschikbaar zijn. Tijdens de werkzaamheden houd je contact met de operators via de portofoon en stem je operationele zaken en eventuele dringende verzoeken af.

Geen dag verloopt precies volgens planning. Wanneer er iets verandert of een probleem ontstaat, schakel jij snel en zoek je samen met de betrokken partijen naar een passende oplossing. Je houdt ondertussen het overzicht over de verschillende orders en zorgt ervoor dat de planning zo goed mogelijk wordt afgerond. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden, nauwkeurigheid en goede communicatie zorg je ervoor dat de logistieke operatie soepel blijft verlopen.

- Je hebt minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau en je hebt ervaring met administratieve werkzaamheden - Je hebt interesse in logistiek en planning en kan snel schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en orders - Je bent communicatief sterk en weet klanten en leveranciers professioneel te woord te staan - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed (een extra vreemde taal is mooi meegenomen) - Je bent in het bezit van een VCA-Basis certificaat of bent bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen
