  • Klantbestellingen invoeren en verwerken in het ERP-systeem (telefoon, e-mail, portaal)
  • Bestellingen controleren op volledigheid en juistheid (product, hoeveelheid, leverdatum)
  • Levertermijnen afstemmen met klanten en vragen beantwoorden over orderstatus
  • Dagelijkse transportplanningen opstellen en optimaliseren voor efficiënte ritten
  • Orders combineren rekening houdend met laadcapaciteit en levervensters
  • Externe chauffeurs en transportfirma's inplannen en aansturen
  • Lopende leveringen opvolgen en ingrijpen bij problemen of vertragingen
  • Logistieke gegevens correct registreren en traceerbaarheid van voeders bewaken
  • Order- en levergegevens analyseren om knelpunten te signaleren
  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in logistiek of administratie
  • Administratief zeer nauwkeurig met sterk organisatorisch inzicht
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk, ook onder druk
  • Vlotte kennis van ERP-systemen en MS Office (vooral Excel)
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans
  • Bereid om in 2-ploegensysteem te werken (voormiddag en namiddag)
  • Hands-on mentaliteit met proactieve en oplossingsgerichte aanpak
  • Teamspeler die vlot schakelt tussen administratie en operatie
  • Ervaring in logistieke binnendienst of transportplanning is een plus
