Als Logistiek Planner/Voorman Logistiek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning en een soepele logistieke operatie. Jij zorgt dat alle inkomende containers vanuit Europa tijdig worden ingepland om gelost te worden, en organiseert het vervolgtransport richting klanten en/of eigen warehouse. Hierbij schakel je dagelijks met interne collega's, klanten en logistieke partners. Deze rol vraagt meer dan alleen plannen: jij bent degene die zorgt dat het team als één geheel functioneert. Je stuurt collega-planners aan, spreekt aan waar nodig en bent een coachende kracht die het team naar een hoger niveau tilt. Denk aan iemand die het voortouw neemt zoals een aanvoerder op het veld: meewerkend, motiverend en altijd gericht op het gezamenlijke resultaat.
