In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je logistiek, databeheer, WMS- en ERP-systemen en procesoptimalisatie.

Je zorgt ervoor dat logistieke data correct en betrouwbaar is, systemen efficiënt worden gebruikt en processen voortdurend verbeteren.

Daarbij werk je samen met collega's uit logistiek, aankoop, IT en operations.

Jouw taken als logistiek databeheerder.

  • Je beheert het Cubiscan-proces en staat in voor relevante rapporteringen.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor logistieke systemen en applicaties.
  • Je coördineert mobiele meetstations en bewaakt een correcte dataverzameling op verschillende locaties.
  • Je bouwt de WMS-structuur verder uit en optimaliseert zones, opslaglocaties en boxtypes.
  • Je volgt systeemuitbreidingen, testen, procesafwijkingen en escalaties naar leveranciers op.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert artikeldata, naamgevingsstructuren en datakwaliteit binnen ERP- en aankoopprocessen.
  • Je werkt samen met aankoop om ontbrekende of foutieve artikelgegevens op te lossen.
  • Je ondersteunt logistieke projecten, zoals magazijnverhuizingen en herinrichtingen.
  • Je ontwikkelt rapporteringen, dashboards en analyses om logistieke processen beter te ondersteunen.
  • Je analyseert problemen binnen logistieke systemen en zorgt voor een gerichte oplossing.
  • Je identificeert verbeterpunten en denkt actief mee over digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in logistiek, data, WMS- en ERP-systemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en kunt een brug slaan tussen logistiek, aankoop, IT en operations.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en legt vlot verbanden tussen data, systemen en processen.
