Jobomschrijving

Als Logistiek Teamcoach / Teamleader ben jij de spilfiguur tussen operatie en mensen. Je zorgt voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking in het distributiecentrum en weet tegelijkertijd je team te inspireren, coachen en versterken.

Takenpakket

In deze rol combineer je operationele verantwoordelijkheid met people management:

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een team logistieke operatoren
  • Fungeren als teamleader en eerste aanspreekpunt voor je medewerkers
  • Dagelijks opvolgen en optimaliseren van de werkplanning
  • Bewaken van een efficiënte en vlotte procesflow binnen het magazijn
  • Signaleren en implementeren van verbeterinitiatieven binnen logistieke processen
  • Toezien op orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer
  • Coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van medewerkers
  • Rapporteren aan de Supervisor DC en bijdragen aan het behalen van teamdoelstellingen
  • Sterke communicator die medewerkers weet te motiveren en te verbinden
  • Ervaring als teamleader of in een coachende rol binnen een logistieke omgeving is een plus
  • Probleemoplossend, flexibel en stressbestendig ingesteld
  • Resultaatgericht en gemotiveerd door KPI’s en targets
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
