Structuur brengen in een logistieke omgeving waar tempo en samenwerking centraal staan, dat is waar deze rol het verschil maakt.

Voor een internationale speler in de productieomgeving in West-Vlaanderen zoeken we een logistiek verantwoordelijke. Deze organisatie combineert een familiale werksfeer met een sterk uitgebouwde productie- en logistieke werking, waarbij dagelijks grote volumes worden verwerkt voor diverse markten.

Binnen het bedrijf heerst een hands-on cultuur met veel autonomie op de werkvloer. Door de recente implementatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem is de logistieke werking complexer geworden, waardoor er extra nood is aan structuur, opvolging en duidelijke prioriteiten.

Om de dagelijkse werking te versterken zoeken ze een teamleader Logistiek die aanwezig is op de werkvloer en zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming tussen inbound, outbound en productie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het aansturen van een team van ongeveer 20 à 25 medewerkers binnen magazijn en logistieke flow
  • Daarnaast zorg je voor een efficiënte organisatie van inbound en outbound processen en bewaak je de doorstroming richting productie
  • Verder stel je personeelsplanningen op en zorg je voor een optimale bezetting binnen de verschillende ploegen
  • Bovendien volg je voorraadniveaus op en bewaak je interne en externe opslag
  • Alsook fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor operationele problemen en zorg je voor snelle oplossingen op de werkvloer
  • Tot slot werk je nauw samen met productie, planning en transport en voorkom je escalaties door duidelijke communicatie
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in het aansturen van een team, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving
  • Verder beschik je over inzicht in logistieke processen, voorraadbeheer en planning
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands omwille van veiligheidsredenen en heb je een basiskennis Engels
