Voor een producent in de FMCG zoeken we een gedreven Logistiek Teamlead Export Zeevracht . Krijg jij energie van het stroomlijnen van internationale exportstromen, containervervoer en accijns- en douaneformaliteiten? In deze gevarieerde spilfunctie werk je voor zo'n 70% operationeel mee en geef je tegelijkertijd leiding aan een team van drie transportplanners.

Functieomschrijving

Als teamlead zorg je dat alle internationale exportzendingen en containerstromen strak, kostenefficiënt en conform de wetgeving verlopen. Je verdeelt je tijd tussen de hands-on logistieke afhandeling op de vloer en het coachen van jouw team. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de expeditieafdeling, de opvolging van internationale transporten en de correcte afhandeling van douane- en accijnsdocumenten.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte en tijdige opmaak van alle exportdocumenten, bewaakt internationale handelsregels en onderhoudt nauwe contacten met douane-instanties en expeditiepartners.
  • Je verzorgt de accurate accijnsaangiftes en administratie, garandeert de naleving van de wetgeving en begeleidt douane-audits en externe controles.
  • Je organiseert, monitort en optimaliseert wereldwijde wegtransporten en zeevracht/containerzendingen, waarbij je scherp waakt over transportkosten en KPI's.
  • Je stuurt direct 3 transportplanners aan, bepaalt dagelijkse prioriteiten en brengt structuur en samenwerking op de afdeling.
  • Zodra de operationele werking op rolletjes loopt, pak je continu verbeterprojecten op en bouw je mee aan de langetermijnstrategie van de logistieke keten.

Wie we zoeken:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring in expeditie, internationaal transport en containervervoer.
  • Grondige, aantoonbare kennis van douaneformaliteiten, exportdocumentatie en accijnsreglementering.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of het natuurlijke talent om een klein team van planners enthousiast te coachen, te ondersteunen en op één lijn te krijgen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch nauwkeurig, blijft rustig onder tijdsdruk en communicatief sterk richting interne afdelingen, vervoerders en douane-autoriteiten.
