Voor een toonaangevende logistieke speler in Bornem is Konvert op zoek naar een meewerkende Teamleader Logistiek die operationele processen in goede banen leidt en samen met zijn team zorgt voor een vlotte goederenstroom.

Als Teamleader combineer je operationeel meewerken met het aansturen en coachen van een team. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse activiteiten efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning verlopen.

Operationele taken

  • Ontvangen, controleren en verwerken van inkomende goederen
  • Scannen en registreren van zendingen via track & trace-systemen
  • Sorteren en verzendklaar maken van goederen en pakketten
  • Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens
  • Opstellen en controleren van transportdocumenten
  • Verwerken van retourzendingen en afwijkingen
  • Bewaken van orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van het dagelijkse sorteerplan
  • Signaleren en oplossen van operationele knelpunten

Leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aansturen en coördineren van een logistiek team
  • Organiseren van de personeelsplanning volgens de operationele behoeften
  • Voorbereiden en leiden van dagelijkse briefings
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, transporteurs en interne stakeholders
  • Onthalen, begeleiden en opleiden van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Motiveren, coachen en ontwikkelen van teamleden
  • Opvolgen van KPI's en bijdragen aan continue verbeteringen
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures
  • Creëren van een positieve en resultaatgerichte teamsfeer

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt ervaring in logistiek of magazijnactiviteiten
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende ervaring of sterke coachende vaardigheden
  • Je bent hands-on en werkt graag actief mee op de vloer
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten
  • Je weet medewerkers te motiveren en aan te sturen
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van PC-toepassingen en logistieke systemen
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie staan voor jou centraal
