Als Teamleider Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een logistiek team en zorg je ervoor dat alle processen efficiënt verlopen. Je bewaakt de planning, houdt overzicht in een dynamische werkomgeving en grijpt direct in bij onverwachte situaties. Dankzij jouw coördinatie vertrekken transporten op tijd en blijft de operatie soepel draaien. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om de logistieke dienstverlening optimaal te laten verlopen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het aansturen en begeleiden van een team van maximaal 10 logistieke medewerkers. - Het bewaken van de dagelijkse voortgang van de logistieke werkzaamheden. - Het signaleren en oplossen van verstoringen binnen het logistieke proces. - Het afstemmen van werkzaamheden met de afdeling Planning. - Het coördineren van het lossen, opslaan, orderpicken en laden van goederen. - Het zorgen voor een tijdig vertrek van transporten naar nationale en internationale klanten. - Het werken in wisselende diensten en het meedraaien in periodieke weekenddiensten. waar ga je werken? Dagelijks worden verse en diepgevroren producten verwerkt en gedistribueerd naar klanten in binnen- en buitenland.
