Zoek jij een uitdagende leidinggevende spilfunctie waarin jij het stuur in handen neemt over de complete goederenstroom, én de zekerheid van een vast contract bij een snelgroeiende voedingsproducent? In de regio Kortemark ligt er een strategische sleutelrol klaar voor een gedreven Logistiek Verantwoordelijke. Dit duurzame traject start via een interimfase die na een geslaagde evaluatie direct overgaat in een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Je stuurt een team van 8 medewerkers aan binnen een dynamische productieomgeving met korte lijnen, aantrekkelijke maaltijd- en ecocheques, een groepsverzekering én de mogelijkheid tot een bedrijfswagen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als logistiek verantwoordelijke waarborg jij het optimale verloop van de gehele supply chain: van de inkomende grondstoffen tot de uitgaande eindproducten. Je treedt op als een coachende en toegankelijke teamleider voor twee logistiek bedienden, vier magazijniers en twee heftruckchauffeurs op de vloer.

In een omgeving waar just-in-time leveringen en strenge HACCP/IFS-kwaliteitsnormen cruciaal zijn, behoud jij moeiteloos het overzicht. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhandelen over transporttarieven en het opmaken van kostprijsberekeningen met externe vervoerders. Je verzorgt de nodige export- en douanedocumentatie, volgt internationale zendingen nauwgezet op en fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, leveranciers en de commerciële binnendienst. Met jouw organisatietalent weet je ook op piekmomenten de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.

Je beschikt over minimaal een eerste relevante werkervaring in de logistiek en hebt bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma op zak. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans; kennis van het Duits is een mooie extra troef. Je bent een geboren organisator die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en prioriteiten stelt om strakke deadlines te halen. Een hands-on mentaliteit is noodzakelijk om in onze snelle productieomgeving het verschil te maken. Bovendien ben je een enthousiaste teamplayer die positieve energie uitstraalt en stressbestendig is wanneer de planning uitdagend wordt.
