Zoek jij een sleutelrol waarin jouw logistieke visie én hands-on leiderschap direct impact maken? Voor een ambitieuze, internationaal actieve voedingsproducent in de regio Desselgem zoeken wij een gedreven Logistiek Verantwoordelijke. Op een spiksplinternieuwe en duurzame werkplek neem jij de leiding over de dagelijkse magazijnoperaties en til je de logistieke keten naar een hoger niveau.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Mensen aansturen & motiveren: Je geeft richting aan een team van circa 30 tot 50 werknemers. Met een open communicatiestijl creëer je een veilige, motiverende en geëngageerde werkomgeving.
  • Procesoptimalisatie (Lean & 5S): Je analyseert continue de goederenstromen en de efficiëntie van het WMS. Waar mogelijk voer je verbetertrajecten door om de operatie gestroomlijnder te laten verlopen.
  • Sturen op cijfers: Op basis van heldere KPI's (o.a. OTIF, doorlooptijden en pick-nauwkeurigheid) stuur je bij waar nodig en koppel je resultaten terug aan het management.
  • Kwaliteit & Voedselveiligheid: Je bent scherp op de naleving van voorschriften zoals HACCP en BRC/IFS. Veiligheid en hygiëne staan in elke zone voorop.
  • Afstemming & Voorraad: Je werkt nauw samen met Planning en Productie om de voorraadpositie correct te houden en het magazijn optimaal in te richten.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Achtergrond: Een afgeronde Bachelor- of Masteropleiding (Supply Chain, Logistiek, Bedrijfskunde of gelijkwaardig).
  • Ervaring: Minimaal 8 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen een logistieke of distributie-omgeving. Ervaring in de voeding, FMCG of gekoelde logistiek is een sterke troef.
  • IT & Data: Grondige kennis van moderne WMS-systemen en ERP-pakketten (zoals SAP). Je baseert keuzes graag op feiten en analyses.
  • Leiderschap: Een toegankelijke people manager die verandering helder overbrengt en het team meeneemt in de gewenste richting.
  • Talen: Vloeiend in het Nederlands, aangevuld met een goede kennis van het Frans en/of Engels.
