Functie:

Ben jij georganiseerd, hands-on en ervaren in productie of logistiek? Voor een dynamische productieomgeving in Heule zoeken we een lijnverantwoordelijke Picking & Verzending die het overzicht bewaart over het correct verwerken en klaarmaken van bestellingen.

Je coördineert een klein team en zorgt ervoor dat de producten nauwkeurig worden gekartonneerd en vlot doorstromen naar de heftruckchauffeurs voor verdere afhandeling. Efficiëntie, kwaliteit en teamwork staan centraal in deze functie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Instellen, opstarten en opvolgen van de picking- en verzendingslijn.
  • Controleren van producten en correct plaatsen in kartons.
  • Kartons op de juiste positie op de transpallet plaatsen.
  • Handhaven van orde, hygiëne en veiligheid op de lijn.
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van een team van 3 à 5 medewerkers, met actieve inzet op de werkvloer.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking met heftruckchauffeurs en het logistieke proces.
  • Signaleren en rapporteren van technische of operationele afwijkingen.

Vereisten:

Jouw profiel:

  • Ervaring in productie of logistiek, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en kan goed communiceren.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en een praktische instelling.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit, zelfstandig en proactief.
  • Teamspeler met operationele leidinggevende capaciteiten.
  • Nauwkeurig, ordelijk en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.
