Wat houdt jouw takenpakket als logistiek verantwoordelijke in?

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten en stuurt medewerkers aan.
  • Je optimaliseert transport, magazijnbeheer en voorraadprocessen.
  • Je volgt de werking van logistieke installaties op en werkt mee aan structurele oplossingen bij problemen.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie van de logistieke processen.
  • Je volgt KPI's, rapportering en administratieve taken op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, sales en technische dienst om de logistieke werking continu te verbeteren.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een daadkrachtige en communicatieve leidinggevende die overzicht bewaart, prioriteiten stelt en mensen weet mee te nemen in veranderingen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie en voelt je comfortabel bij het aansturen en coachen van medewerkers.
  • Ervaring binnen logistiek, transport of een industriële omgeving is een troef, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in logistieke processen, technische installaties en automatisering.
  • Je denkt analytisch, bent probleemoplossend ingesteld en gaat actief op zoek naar structurele verbeteringen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet de juiste prioriteiten te bepalen, ook wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk aandacht vragen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt proactief en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
