Jouw functie

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met het magazijn en de logistieke organisatie te maken heeft. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een praktische ingesteldheid en steekt zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen wanneer nodig.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Dagelijks beheer en organisatie van het magazijn
  • Ontvangst, controle en verwerking van inkomende goederen
  • Klaarmaken en verzenden van uitgaande bestellingen
  • Voorraadbeheer en opvolging van stockniveaus
  • Coördineren en plannen van transporten
  • Nauwe samenwerking met interne collega's en externe transporteurs
  • Opvolgen en verwerken van logistieke gegevens in Excel en andere systemen
  • Signaleren van optimalisaties en meewerken aan efficiëntere logistieke processen
  • Actief meewerken in het magazijn waar nodig
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een logistieke of magazijnomgeving.
  • Je neemt graag eigenaarschap en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere zaken tegelijk lopen.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van MS Office, met een sterke vaardigheid in Excel
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar en hands-on ingesteld
  • Je combineert administratieve taken moeiteloos met operationeel magazijnwerk.
  • Opleiding: Je beschikt minimum over een graduaat in de logistiek.
  • Digitale vaardigheden: Je bent handig met de computer en hebt ervaring met SAP-systemen. Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel!
  • Taalvaardigheid: Goede kennis van het Frans is noodzakelijk, gezien het moederbedrijf en een groot deel van onze klanten Franstalig zijn.
  • Zelfstandigheid: Je bent een proactieve werker die graag zelf verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
  • Oog voor detail: Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Pluspunt: Ervaring in de farmaceutische of medische sector is een sterke troef
