Voor onze klant regio OOSTENDE zijn wij op zoek naar een LOGISTIEK VERANTWOORDELIJKE | VAST CONTRACT.

Onze klant is een sterk groeiende firma binnen de gezondheidssector en werd recent ook bekroond als werkgever van het jaar.

Als LOGISTIEK VERANTWOORDELIJKE | VAST CONTRACT in OOSTENDE is dit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je begeleidt en coacht het waerehouse team op de werkvloer en bouwt een sterk team uit;
  • Je volgt KPI’s en doelstellingen op (leadtimes, pickfouten, retours, efficiëntie);
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie, teammeetings en correcte shiftoverdrachten;
  • Je bewaakt een vlotte pick & pack flow en correcte verwerking van orders;
  • Je coördineert het dispatchproces en volgt transportbehoeften op;
  • Je behandelt ordervragen, klachten en communicatie met chauffeurs;
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties;
  • Je volgt administratie en operationele opvolging correct op;
  • Je waakt over orde, netheid, veiligheid en correct gebruik van materiaal;
  • Je stimuleert opleiding, ontwikkeling en een positieve werksfeer binnen het team.

Als LOGISTIEK VERANTWOORDELIJKE | VAST CONTRACT in OOSTENDE herken jij jezelf in onderstaande:

  • Een ruime ervaring binnen het magazijn, liefst als magazijnverantwoordelijke of teamleader is vereist!;
  • Je bent hands-on en aanwezig op de werkvloer, omdat je dagelijks samenwerkt met collega's en meteen beschikbaar moet zijn bij geval van problemen;
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt vlot met Excel en andere PC-tools;
  • Je bent leergierig, flexibel en hands-on ingesteld;
  • Goede kennis Nederlands vereist;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
