FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een logistieke speler in de regio Willebroek zijn wij op zoek naar een Logistiek voorman in een 2-ploegenstelsel.

Ben jij een natuurlijke leider die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Heb je ervaring in een magazijnomgeving en ben je sterk in het aansturen van medewerkers? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Jouw taken

  • Dagelijkse aansturing en begeleiding van een team magazijnmedewerkers
  • Verdelen en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden op de werkvloer
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit
  • Coachen en motiveren van medewerkers
  • Signaleren en oplossen van operationele problemen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor het team
  • Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke
  • Operationeel meewerken wanneer nodig

PROFIEL Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een logistieke omgeving
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een eerste ervaring als ploegverantwoordelijke, teamleader of meewerkend leidinggevende
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet een team te motiveren
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en steekt zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels of Frans
