Wat ga je doen?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Logistiek Administratief Medewerker om het team te versterken. In deze functie zul je verantwoordelijk zijn voor diverse administratieve taken in een logistieke omgeving, waarbij je in een 3-ploegendienst werkt. Hieronder vind je een overzicht van de belangrijkste taken en vereisten voor deze positie:

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Ontvangen en behandelen van vragen en klachten van onze klantenservice en partners met betrekking tot vertragingen, beschadigingen en andere zaken. Bewaken van de opvolging van transporten en leveringen, en het signaleren van eventuele afwijkingen of bijzonderheden. Daarnaast zal je de operationele status bij onze partners navragen. Melden van zendingen aan ontvangers en het correct boeken van deze zendingen in ons boekingssysteem. Administratief afhandelen van orders en het opmaken of controleren van (expeditie-) documenten. Verzamelen van alle documentatie die betrekking heeft op de zendingen en het samenstellen van een dossier per zending. Voorbereiden, opvragen en verwerken van alle transportgerelateerde documentatie. Aanmaken van retourzendingen en het nauwlettend volgen van de administratieve opvolging hiervan.

Dekker Services is een werving- en selectiebureau voor groot midden-Nederland met vestigingen in Ede en Harderwijk. Wij bedienen de branches logistiek, aanverwante logistiek en de technische industrie die met de logistiek te maken heeft.
