Ben jij een gedreven en nauwkeurige logistieke medewerker met een passie voor efficiëntie en kwaliteit? Wil je een cruciale rol spelen in het productieproces van medicatie en bijdragen aan de gezondheid van patiënten? Dan is de functie van Logistieke Medewerker Productie bij ons de perfecte uitdaging voor jou!

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Als logistiek medewerker werk je voornamelijk op de productieafdeling, waar medicatie per patiënt en innamemoment wordt herverpakt door robots. Je volgt procedures nauwkeurig op en springt indien nodig bij op andere afdelingen.

Robotbeheer

  • Je kent het volledige productieproces en stuurt de robots aan zodat deadlines gehaald worden.
  • Bij meldingen zorg je dat de robot zo snel mogelijk weer produceert.

Veelvoorkomende meldingen:

  • Medicatie aanvullen: Medicatie aanvullen, barcodes scannen ter controle, correcte info invullen en melden bij foutmeldingen.
  • Medicatie verplaatsen: Canisters verplaatsen tussen robots volgens plaatsregels.
  • Verpakkingsmateriaal/print wisselen: Correct uitvoeren van papier- en printwissels.
  • Errors oplossen: Lege zakjes verwijderen en productie opvolgen.
  • Onbekende meldingen: Onmiddellijk rapporteren aan de supervisor.

Trayvoorbereiding

Je stelt trays samen volgens een programma: medicatie manueel selecteren, scannen op juistheid en op de correcte positie plaatsen. Trays worden gesorteerd en aangevuld in de robot wanneer nodig.

VBM-robot

Je werkt samen met een apotheekassistent(e). De robot vult medicatiekaarten per weekschema. De apotheekassistent(e) bedient de robot en controleert de medicatie; jij voert een eindcontrole van de kaarten uit.

Extra taken

Op basis van ervaring kun je bijkomende taken krijgen, zoals correcties op medicatiezakjes uitvoeren onder supervisie van een apotheekassistent(e).
