Jobomschrijving

  • Actieve opvolging van dossiers en klantenafspraken
  • Nauwkeurige verwerking van inbound-, outbound- en VAL-opdrachten
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor operationele vragen.
  • Zorg voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroming intern en extern.
  • Toezien op correcte naleving van procedures en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Sterk analytisch en organisatorisch vermogen: houdt meerdere dossiers tegelijk in beweging zonder kwaliteit te verliezen, een administratief talent
  • Communicatief vaardig: communiceert helder, professioneel en oplossingsgericht met klanten en interne teams.
  • Proactieve houding: signaleert knelpunten vroegtijdig en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Kwaliteitsbewust en nauwkeurig: werkt volgens procedures, bewaakt datastromen en ziet afwijkingen snel.
  • Talenkennis: goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels is een must.
  • Diploma of eerste ervaring in een logistieke richting is een plus!
