Ben jij een geboren organisator met een passie voor logistiek? Heb je ervaring in het aansturen van teams en het optimaliseren van magazijnprocessen? Dan ben jij misschien de Coördinator Logistiek die wij zoeken voor ons regionaal magazijn in Zaventem! Dit is geen interimopdracht, maar een rechtstreekse vaste aanwerving.

Jouw functie

Als Coördinator Logistiek werk je nauw samen met de logistiek manager om de werking van de verschillende afdelingen binnen het magazijn optimaal te laten verlopen. Je organiseert en coördineert samen met de teamleaders de activiteiten van de afdelingen receptie, stockering, orderpicking en verpakking, zodat bestellingen efficiënt en tijdig worden uitgevoerd.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het opvolgen en controleren van inkomende goederen bij de dienst goederenontvangst, inclusief een correcte verwerking in de database.
  • De dagelijkse werking van Collect & Go, waarbij je toeziet op een tijdige voorbereiding van bestellingen en het naleven van afhalingstermijnen.
  • Het organiseren en uitvoeren van permanente stockcontroles om een accuraat voorraadbeheer te garanderen.
  • Het aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van je medewerkers, waarbij je inzet op betrokkenheid en engagement om zo de werking van het magazijn naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Een vlotte samenwerking met commerciële diensten, aankoop- en bevoorradingsdiensten, met als doel een optimale klantentevredenheid.
  • Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende in een logistieke omgeving en bent vertrouwd met het aansturen van grote teams.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige brevetten zoals stapelaar, heftruck en reachtruck.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, betrokken en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hecht veel belang aan veiligheid, orde en netheid in het magazijn.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office-toepassingen.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.
  • Je werkt in dagshift, maar bent flexibel en bereid om indien nodig te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (6u-14u30 / 13u30-22u).
