Bei unserem renommierten Kunden am Produktionsstandort östlich von Graz besetzen wir ab sofort die Position "Koordinator*in für Logistik und Auftragsmanagement als SAP S4/HANA-Key User". Die Rolle verbindet operative Logistik, Auftrags- und Kundenmanagement sowie Prozessoptimierung und bietet die Möglichkeit, einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer zuverlässigen Produktion und Versorgung der internationalen Märkte im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien zu leisten. Das Aufgabenfeld eignet sich sowohl für erfahrene Fachkräfte als auch für motivierte Berufseinsteiger mit entsprechendem Logistik- und SAP-Hintergrund.

Zeit für eine neue Herausforderung * Steuerung und Koordination der Ausgangslogistik sowie Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen * Bearbeitung von Themen in Order Management und Product Integrity * Erstellung von Auftrags-, Liefer-, Zoll- und Rechnungsdokumenten * Betreuung von SAP S/4HANA als Key User und Unterstützung bei Systemfragen * Standardisierung, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen * Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen sowie Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungs- und Verbesserungsthemen * Durchführung von Controlling, Reporting und Kennzahlenaufbereitung * Betreuung von Gewährleistungsfällen inklusive Kundenkommunikation * Übernahme von Vertretungsaufgaben sowie Unterstützung bei internen organisatorischen Themen * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Cyber-Security-, Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltvorgaben

Skills sind der Schlüssel * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium (HAK/Studium) * Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, Auftragsabwicklung, Order Management oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld * Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP, idealerweise mit Erfahrung als Key User in S/4HANA

* Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Freude an der strukturierten Koordination unterschiedlicher Prozesse * Kommunikationsstärke und souveräner Umgang mit internen sowie internationalen Ansprechpartnern * Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu analysieren und aufzubereiten * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsverständnis * Komunikationsstärke in Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Vergütung Für diese Position gilt ein Monatsbruttogehalt zwischen € 3.600 und € 4.200. Geboten wird eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikationen und Erfahrung.
