Du willst nach deinem Studium in der Logistik durchstarten und dabei ganz Österreich kennenlernen? Dann ist unser 12-monatiges Traineeprogramm im Bereich Diskont Logistik & Services deine Chance, bei Möbelix Verantwortung zu übernehmen, mitanzupacken und dich gezielt in Richtung Nachwuchsführungskraft weiterzuentwickeln - mit strukturierter Einschulung, "Training on the Job" und Einblicken in mehrere Unternehmensbereiche.

Aufgaben

* Du absolvierst ein 12-monatiges Traineeprogramm im Bereich Diskont Logistik & Services - ideal als Einstieg nach deinem Studium.

* Du lernst in ganz Österreich die relevanten Bereiche unserer Servicecenter kennen, z. B. Betriebs- und Lagerlogistik, Disposition, Montage, Kundendienst und Administration.

* Du startest mit einer 2-wöchigen Grundeinschulung und gehst danach in ein 6-monatiges "Training on the Job" in einem für dich ausgewählten Servicecenter in Wohnortnähe.

* Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Umsetzung eines konkreten Projekts im Team Organisation & Projektmanagement (inkl. Analyse, Abstimmung und Umsetzung).

* Du erhältst zusätzliche Einblicke in andere Unternehmensbereiche - z. B. Vertrieb, Onlineshop oder Zentrallager - um das Gesamtbild zu verstehen.

* Du arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichen Teams zusammen und entwickelst ein Gespür für Prozesse, Schnittstellen und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

Qualifikationen

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, facheinschlägiges Studium (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom mit Logistik-Schwerpunkt)

* Hands-on-Mentalität, hohe Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Dinge umzusetzen

* Fähigkeit zur Selbstreflexion und der Wunsch, dich persönlich und fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

* Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs (für Rotationen/Einblicke) von Vorteil

Als Möglichmacher:in mit entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung, kannst du bei dieser Position mit Jahresbruttogehältern zwischen € 45.000,00 und € 60.000,00 (Vollzeit) brutto rechnen.
