Wir sind ein Logistikunternehmen/Spedition mit Spezialisierung im Gesundheitsbereich, das Ärzte, Labore, Krankenhäuser, Gesundheitseinrichtungen etc. betreut. Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt eine vielseitig interessierte, kommunikative, dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit für 1 Logistik- und Kundenmanagement - Schwerpunkt Sachbearbeitung Disposition Aufgaben:

+ Koordination bzw. Steuerung der Touren und Partner in Westösterreich

+ Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt mit den Kunden

+ Planung und Optimierung der Auftragszuteilung

+ Persönlicher Kontakt zu Frächtern und Fahrern

+ Übernahme administrativer Tätigkeiten und Leistungsverrechnung

Anforderungen:

+ Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Disponent_in, bzw. in ähnlichen Positionen

+ Lösungs- und teamorientiertes Arbeiten, Belastbarkeit, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsstärke

+ Organisationsgeschick mit routinierten MS Office Kenntnissen sowie gutes geographisches Wissen

+ Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Freude am telefonischen Umgang mit Kunden

+ Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse und Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
