WAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN?

* Eigenständiges disponieren und das Einteilen unserer Fahrzeuge und Frachten im DACH-Raum (vorwiegend Nahverkehr) zählen zu den Hauptaufgaben.

* Telefonate mit Kund_innen und Fahrer_innen fallen täglich mehrmals an.

* Das Kalkulieren von Frachten und Preisen sind ebenso Hauptbestandteil dieser Position.

* Du vertrittst das Unternehmen auch nach außen hin, darum ist ein ordentliches Auftreten sehr wichtig.

WAS SIND DEINE STÄRKEN?

* Du bist motiviert & engagiert, blickst über den Tellerrand und willst in einem Betrieb arbeiten, bei dem du eigenverantwortlich agieren kannst und das auch wertgeschätzt wird.

* Geografie, Landkarten & Co verursachen keine Panik bei dir.

* Gut organisiert, ruhig und gelassen meisterst du auch die eine oder andere stressigere Situation.

* Ein klarer Pluspunkt wäre, wenn du den Führerschein in den Klassen C und E hast. Du musst die Fahrzeuge bei uns nicht selbst bedienen, solltest aber das nötige Grundverständnis dafür haben. Wenn du diese Führerscheinklassen nicht besitzt, ist das nicht schlimm. Wir unterstützen dich hier gerne bei der Weiterbildung.

* Du musst kein Englisch-Ass sein, aber du solltest dich telefonisch solide verständigen können.

* Wir sind auch sehr interessiert an Quereinsteigern oder Personen, die den nächsten Schritt in ihrer Karriere machen möchten. Technisches und geografisches Verständnis ist aber unerlässlich.

* Das Entgelt richtet sich nach deiner Erfahrung. Das monatliche Bruttogehalt liegt zwischen €3400 und €4000.

* Arbeitszeiten sind Montag - Donnerstag 7 - 16 Uhr, Freitag 7 - 13 Uhr Vollzeit 40 Stunden/Woche, Gleitzeitvereinbarungen sind möglich
