Sie verantworten ein umfassendes Budget für nationale und internationale Fracht- und Transportdienstleistungen. In dieser Stand Alone-Position tragen Sie wesentlich zur Optimierung sämtlicher Logistikprozesse innerhalb der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe bei.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Verantwortung für den Einkauf von Lager- und Transportdienstleistungen inkl. Lieferantenbewertung und -auswahl

* Organisation und Abwicklung von nationalen und internationalen Transporten

* Überwachung und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung und Qualität der Dienstleistungen

* KVP-Management: Identifizierung von Kosteneinsparungsmöglichkeiten auf Basis geeigneter KPIs sowie nachhaltige Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Weiterentwicklung von KPIs und Reporting-Standards

* Dokumentenmanagement im Hinblick auf Audits (IFS, CMR, Versicherungsbestätigungen)

* Marktbeobachtung und Identifikation von Trends und Innovationen im Bereich Lager- und Transportdienstleistungen

Ihre Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z.B. Speditionskauffrau/-mann) oder Uni-/FH-Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt SCM bzw. Logistik

* Berufserfahrung in der Verhandlung und Abwicklung von Fracht- und Transportdienstleistungen (z.B. als Spediteur:in)

* Verhandlungsstarker Teamplayer mit hoher Belastbarkeit und zielorientierter Arbeitsweise

* Hohe IT-Affinität

* Unternehmerisches Denken und Bewusstsein für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

* Freude an Veränderungen und Weiterbildungen
