DEINE AUFGABEN * Sicherheit geht zuerst! - Du achtest auf deine Sicherheit und Gesundheit und die deiner Kolleg*innen * Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Roadmap zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Logistikprozesse * Analyse, Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von End-to-End-Prozessen (Order-to-Cash, Lager- und Transportprozesse) * Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Logistics Process & Development Teams * Leitung und Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekte * Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Lösungen (z. B. WMS, Planning Systeme, ERP usw.) * Identifikation und Realisierung von Effizienz-, Produktivitäts- und Kosteneinsparungspotenzialen durch Lean-Management- und Operational-Excellence-Initiativen * Entwicklung und Monitoring relevanter KPIs sowie Erstellung von Management-Reports und Dashboards * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen wie Customer Service, Produktion, Vertrieb, Finance und D&T * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Safety-, Qualitäts- und Compliance-Standards in allen Prozessen * Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Innovation

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN * Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain oder Prozessmanagement * Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und bereichsübergreifenden Transformationsinitiativen * Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Management, TPM und Prozessoptimierung * Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten * Change-Management-Kompetenz und hohe Umsetzungskraft * Kompetente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Wir bieten eine attraktive und leistungsgerechte Bezahlung, entsprechend deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt 4.857,60 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeit-Basis.
