The posting

Je werkplek:

In Carrewiel Mechelen kunnen kinderen (en hun ouders) van 1,5 tot en met 7 jaar terecht met een mentale beperking, een autismespectrumproblematiek of een complexe ontwikkelingsstoornis.

Kinderen starten met een onderzoeksfase die gericht is op het uitzetten van de behandeldoelen, waarna de intensieve (2 tot 3 keer per week) ambulante behandeling wordt opgestart.

We werken multidisciplinair vanuit een visie die de participatie van elk kind en zijn/haar ouders/context wil ondersteunen en vergroten. De behandeling kan zowel individueel als in groepsverband gegeven worden. Neem zeker een kijkje op onze website www.carrewiel.be

Onze Missie:

In Carrewiel willen we ontplooiingskansen van het jonge kind, de ouders en het gezin maximaliseren op verschillende domeinen, met het oog op het bevorderen van hun welbevinden en levenskwaliteit. We doen dit door het realiseren van duurzame verandering in het leven van het kind en zijn ouders.

Jij als therapeut bent de vijfde pijler die, door in interactie te gaan met ouder en kind, ook bijdraagt aan het hulpverleningsproces. Het kunnen en willen reflecteren over eigen handelen is hierin erg belangrijk.

Dit is wat we van jou verwachten:

Vanuit je vakspecifieke kennis werk je rond verschillende ontwikkelingsdomeinen van een kind, samen met andere collega’s. Je stelt therapeutische doelstellingen op en tracht deze te integreren in je therapie. Je doet dit nooit alleen, maar werkt nauw samen met andere disciplines. Je deelt belangrijke informatie met het behandelend team en denkt samen met hen na over de nodige behandeldoelen en het handelingsplan.

Jouw troeven:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma bachelor/master logopedische wetenschappen – Logopedie.
  • Jij wordt enthousiast van het werken met onze jonge doelgroep (kinderen én hun ouders) en je wil je graag ontplooien binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Je houdt van uitdagingen, bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
  • Je neemt je groei in eigen handen en je kan vlot reflecteren over je eigen handelen.
