In onze voorziening werk je met bewoners die nood hebben aan aangepaste communicatie en ondersteuning op maat. Je staat er daarbij nooit alleen voor: je komt terecht in een warm team waar begeleiding, samenwerking en kennisdeling centraal staan. Bij je opstart voorzien we een grondige inwerkperiode, zodat je stap voor stap kan groeien in je rol en je volledig kan thuis voelen in de job.

Jouw rol

Samen met je collega-therapeuten zorg je voor een leefgroep overstijgend en afgestemd activiteitenaanbod voor onze bewoners. Je werkt zowel individueel als in groep, overkoepelend én vanuit je eigen logopedische expertise.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Uitvoeren van communicatieve evaluaties om de mogelijkheden en beperkingen van bewoners in kaart te brengen
  • Onderzoeken van spraak, articulatie, woordenschat, gebaren, alternatieve en ondersteunende communicatie
  • Nauwe samenwerking met andere zorgprofessionals voor een brede en gedragen diagnostiek
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van individuele therapieplannen, met als doel de zelfstandigheid en levenskwaliteit van de bewoner te verhogen
  • Ontwikkelen, onderhouden en aanpassen van hulpmiddelen zoals spraakcomputers, dag- en weekborden, gehoorprothesen en aangepast eetmateriaal
  • Signaleren en begeleiden van dysfagie (slikstoornissen) en toepassen van de nodige veiligheidsmaatregelen
  • Je behaalde minimum een bachelor logopedie
  • Je werkt graag samen en kan je vlot integreren in een team
  • Je hebt een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en een praktische ingesteldheid
  • Je bent flexibel en denkt constructief mee
  • Je kan je vinden in de missie en visie van onze voorziening
  • Affiniteit met onze doelgroep is een pluspunt
