The posting

UNIE-K biedt intensieve ondersteuning aan volwassen cliënten met een meervoudige zorgvraag. Onze ervaren medewerkers bieden een deskundig aanbod op verschillende levensdomeinen op 3 locaties – Ons Erf (Brugge), De Waaiberg (Gits) en ’t Venster (Izegem).

Voor Ons Erf (Brugge) zijn we op zoek naar een logopedist.

Wat doe je:

  • Je staat in voor de logopedische ondersteuning van cliënten, zowel individueel als in kleine groep.
  • Je zoekt naar aangepaste ondersteunde communicatiemiddelen op diverse vlakken o.a. SMOG, uitwerken van dag-, week- en aftelschema’s, gebruik van technologische hulpmiddelen,…
  • Je volgt de slikproblemen van onze cliënten nauwgezet op en handelt binnen de richtlijnen van het slikprotocol.
  • Je staat in voor de screening van het gehoor van de cliënten i.s.m. dokter en audioloog en volgt de gehoorproblemen verder op.
  • Je geeft advies en vorming aan begeleiders m.b.t. communicatie, gehoor, slikproblematiek en hieraan gerelateerde voedingsproblemen.
  • Je maakt deel uit van de logopedische dienst en voert de nodige administratieve taken uit.

Wie ben je:

  • Je bezit een diploma Bachelor Logopedie of Logopedie + audiologie, ervaring is een pluspunt. Als schoolverlaten kom je in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis rond personen met een ernstig/diep verstandelijke beperking en NAH (Niet Aangeboren Hersenletsel). Voorkennis over autisme en/of gedragsproblemen is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis op vlak van ondersteunde communicatie (OC) en slikproblemen. Kennis op vlak van gehoor- en gehooronderzoek bij personen met een beperking is een meerwaarde.
  • Je bent flexibel, je kunt zelfstandig werken en toont eigenaarschap.
  • Je bent bereid om deel te nemen aan job gerelateerde werkgroepen, zowel intern als extern en staat open om te leren.
  • Je kunt problemen duiden in zijn verbanden en weet die systematisch en kordaat aan te pakken. Je stelt doeltreffende en creatieve oplossingen voor en gaat hierbij in dialoog met andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je bent gericht op het uitzoeken van nieuwe mogelijkheden bij de cliënten en het bereiken of behouden van resultaten.
  • Je bent vlot in omgang met collega’s en cliënten en neemt tijd voor die cliënten met geringe expressiemogelijkheden.
  • Je hebt kennis van softwareprogramma’s i.v.m. communicatie en taal of bent bereid je hiertoe bij te scholen (o.a. Mind Express).
