Werk jij graag met cliënten met neurologische aandoeningen en krijg je energie van complexe logopedische vraagstukken, zoals dysfagie, afasie en dysartrie? Dan voel jij je thuis bij Archipel. Dit ga je doen Als logopedist werk je onder andere binnen de revalidatie, het Afasiecentrum en op een van onze andere locaties. Je onderzoekt, behandelt en begeleidt cliënten met uiteenlopende neurologische logopedische stoornissen. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de diagnose. Samen met de cliënt onderzoek je wat nodig is om te communiceren, veilig te eten en drinken en zo goed mogelijk mee te doen in het dagelijks leven. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - diagnostiek, behandeling en begeleiding bij dysfagie, afasie en dysartrie; - behandeling binnen de geriatrische revalidatiezorg, zowel intramuraal als waar nodig extramuraal; - het begeleiden van groepen binnen het afasiecentrum, gericht op communicatie en participatie; - het opstellen, evalueren en bijstellen van behandelplannen; - het voeren van evaluatiegesprekken met cliënten en naasten; - multidisciplinair samenwerken met collega's uit verschillende vakgebieden; - een vaste bereikbaarheidsdienst voor spoedvragen rondom dysfagie. Dit breng jij mee Jij bent een logopedist die verder kijkt dan de hulpvraag alleen. Met jouw vakkennis, betrokkenheid en aandacht voor de mens achter de zorgvraag help je cliënten hun mogelijkheden optimaal te benutten en zoveel mogelijk regie te behouden. Je bent gediplomeerd en kwaliteit geregistreerd als logopedist en hebt ervaring of affiniteit met revalidatiezorg, neurologie, ouderenzorg, somatiek en afasiezorg. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen casel...
