The posting

Voor de ondersteuning van ons team zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven logopedist (m/v/x) met een oog voor de zorggebruiker en zijn omgeving, een brede kijk op context en maatschappelijke factoren en een hart voor het vak.

Je werkt mee aan de realisatie van een kwalitatief hoogstaand aanbod voor kinderen en jongeren. Zo sta je in voor de eerste contacten met de ouders en externen, therapeutische begeleiding en het participeren aan verschillende multidisciplinaire teams.

Je bent geïnteresseerd in het ontwikkelen van een visie in het team. Je houdt de vinger aan de pols op inhoudelijk vlak en de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in het veld van diagnostiek en therapie.

Je werkt graag laagdrempelig, je bent aanwezig in de leefwereld van (kwetsbare) gezinnen en je werkt verbindend.

We zoeken een teamplayer - die toch zelfstandig kan werken - met affiniteit voor het werken met kinderen en jongeren met complexe problemen. We hechten belang aan betrokkenheid van de ouders. We werken intensief samen met doorverwijzers en externe partners om samen tot een professioneel hulpverleningsparcours te komen waarbij het kind centraal staat. Cliëntgerichtheid, samenwerking, kwaliteit, innovatie en ambitie, transparantie, een constructieve ingesteldheid en inspraak van ouders en andere betrokkenen zijn daarbij sleutelconcepten. Proceslogica staat bij ons centraal.

Naast een multidisciplinaire werking is er aandacht voor het trans- en interdisciplinair werken, waarbij elke discipline vanuit zijn eigen specialisatie een aanvullende inbreng heeft binnen het team.

Specifieke competenties en vereisten:

• Diploma bachelor of master logopedie

• Uitvoeren van onderzoek bij (voorschoolse) peuters, kleuters en kinderen met ernstige en complexe ontwikkelingsstoornissen

• Geven van logopedische therapie (algemene ontwikkelingsstimulatie, ondersteuning van de leervaardigheden, stimulatie van de taal , de communicatieve vaardigheden, de spraakklankontwikkeling, enz.)

• Mondelinge en schriftelijke rapportering van onderzoeks- en therapiegegevens aan ouders, verwijzers, scholen e.a.

• Vlot in gesprek kunnen gaan met ouders en kinderen

• Sterk in netwerken

• Goede kennis van het Nederlands

• Kennis van het biopsychosociaal ICF-model is goed meegenomen

• Een eigen wagen ter beschikking hebben i.f.v. externe overleggen is geen noodzaak, maar wel een voordeel
