The posting

Curamens is een jonge, groeiende groepspraktijk in Tessenderlo waar warme en kwaliteitsvolle zorg centraal staat. We begeleiden kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen die ergens in vastlopen en ondersteunen hen om opnieuw verder te kunnen.

Door onze groei willen we ons aanbod graag uitbreiden met logopedie. Daarom zoeken we een enthousiaste logopedist(e) die ons team wil versterken en binnen onze praktijk een eigen logopedische werking wil uitbouwen.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

· Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in de logopedie en de nodige erkenning om als logopedist(e) aan de slag te gaan

· Je bent bereid om als zelfstandige in bijberoep of hoofdberoep te werken

· Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar vindt het ook fijn om deel uit te maken van een multidisciplinair team

· Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen cliënttrajecten

· Je staat open voor overleg en samenwerking binnen een multidisciplinair team

· Je vindt het fijn om je kennis en expertise verder te ontwikkelen

· Je denkt graag mee en staat ervoor open om de logopedische werking binnen Curamens mee uit te bouwen

· Je kan bij voorkeur minstens 1 dag per week voorzien (minder is bespreekbaar)

Wat zijn onze verwachtingen?

· Je stelt een behandelplan op, verduidelijkt de hulpvraag en voert de logopedische begeleiding uit van intake tot afronding

· Je werkt samen met verwijzers en eventueel andere zorgpartners indien dit aangewezen is

· Je volgt de evolutie van je cliënten op en stuurt de behandeling bij waar nodig

· Je staat in voor de nodige verslaggeving en administratieve opvolging

· Je betrekt ouders of de context bij de begeleiding wanneer dit aangewezen is

· Je stemt waar nodig af met scholen, verwijzers en andere betrokken zorgverleners

· Je draagt vanuit je eigen expertise bij aan de multidisciplinaire werking van de praktijk en bent bereid om deel te nemen aan maandelijkse vergadermomenten

Wat kan je verwachten?

· Werken in een jonge praktijk met veel ruimte voor inspraak en eigen ideeën

· De mogelijkheid om de logopedische werking binnen Curamens mee uit te bouwen

· Een rustige, aangename werkomgeving met een uitstekende bereikbaarheid (op 4 minuten van de autosnelweg)

· Een ingerichte praktijkruimte en wachtruimte waarin je cliënten kan ontvangen

· Groepsruimte beschikbaar voor groepssessies, workshops of opleidingen

· Mogelijkheid tot samenwerking met andere disciplines binnen de praktijk

· Flexibiliteit in agenda en uren (bij voorkeur 1 dag/week maar minder is bespreekbaar)

· Mogelijkheid tot overleg en ondersteuning waar mogelijk

· Goede voorzieningen: wachtruimte, keuken, koelkast en ruime parking buiten

· Deel uitmaken van een tof team
