Kinderkracht ontstond vanuit één overtuiging:

Elk kind verdient de beste zorg. En elke therapeut verdient een werkplek waar hij of zij met plezier kan groeien.

Wat begon als één praktijk, groeide uit tot een multidisciplinair team van meer dan twintig enthousiaste collega's, verspreid over meerdere vestigingen in de Kempen (Turnhout, Hoogstraten, Malle).

We zijn trots op die groei.

Maar nog trotser zijn we op de cultuur die we samen hebben opgebouwd.

Een cultuur waarin collega's elkaar helpen, inspireren en samen bouwen aan kwalitatieve zorg voor kinderen en hun gezinnen.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Je komt binnen in een moderne, volledig uitgeruste praktijk.

Je drinkt eerst een koffie met collega's.

Je agenda is zorgvuldig ingepland.

Je materiaal leg je klaar. Wij hebben kasten vol met materialen, voel je de keuzestress al komen?

Je kan overleggen met andere logopedisten, psychologen, kinesitherapeuten en orthopedagogen.

Je krijgt de ruimte om kwalitatieve therapie te geven, zonder voortdurend bezig te zijn met administratie of praktische rompslomp.

Aan het einde van de dag ga je naar huis met het gevoel dat je écht iets betekend hebt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Logopedische onderzoeken en behandelingen uitvoeren bij kinderen.
  • Ouders begeleiden en ondersteunen.
  • Samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Deelnemen aan overlegmomenten en intervisies.
  • Meebouwen aan de verdere groei en kwaliteit van Kinderkracht.
