Ben jij logopedist en wil je werken met jonge kinderen? Bij Op Weg Jeugdhulp behandel je kinderen van 3 tot 8 jaar met een achterstand in de taal- en spraakontwikkeling. Je werkt in kleine groepen, binnen een multidisciplinair team. Geen agenda vol declarabele behandeluren, maar ruimte om je vak breed in te zetten: behandelen, observeren, begeleiders coachen, workshops geven en meedenken over het behandeltraject. Wat je doet: - Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor de logopedische (groeps)behandelingen op je locatie - Je geeft logopedische supervisie op de groepen binnen de locatie(s) - Je coacht persoonlijk begeleiders op de logopedische behandeling - Je organiseert en geeft groepslessen rond taal, spraak en communicatie - Je organiseert en geeft minimaal 2x per jaar een workshop aan de persoonlijk begeleiders en behandela(a)r(en) op de locatie(s) - Je onderhoudt contact met je collega logopedisten binnen de organisatie. - Je stelt logopedische doelen op in het zorgplan, evalueert deze met de behandelaar en volgt de taalontwikkeling van ieder kind - Je bent nauw betrokken bij het behandeltraject van het kind - Je neemt deel aan het multidisciplinair overleg en adviseert persoonlijk begeleiders en behandelaren - Je geeft kinderen een stem!
