Als Logopedist bij Amsta draag je elke dag bij aan de kwaliteit van leven van ouderen in Amsterdam. Jouw rol als Amstadammer Als Logopedist werk je met ouderen met Korsakov, dementie en somatische zorgvragen. Je onderzoekt, behandelt en begeleidt cliënten met taal-, spraak-, stem-, slik- en gehoorproblemen. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de hulpvraag. Je werkt nauw samen met zorgteams, familie en andere behandelaren. Binnen onze zelforganiserende vakgroep krijg je veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief, ontwikkeling en het verbeteren van de logopedische zorg. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de vakgroep. Dit doe jij door: - Het uitvoeren van logopedische onderzoeken, observaties en behandelingen. - Het opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van behandelplannen. - Het adviseren en coachen van zorgteams rondom communicatie- en slikproblemen. - Het geven van scholingen aan collega's en bijdragen aan kennisontwikkeling. - Het samenwerken met behandelaren, zorgteams en naasten van cliënten. Hier gebeurt het Je werkt op meerdere Amsta-locaties in Amsterdam. Daardoor ontmoet je verschillende doelgroepen en collega's. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Tegelijkertijd maak je deel uit van een kleine vakgroep van twee Logopedisten die nauw samenwerken en kennis delen. De uitbreiding naar een derde collega biedt ruimte om de vakgroep verder te ontwikkelen en onze expertise nog breder in te zetten. Binnen de vakgroep krijg je veel vertrouwen en vrijheid. Je plant grotendeels zelf je agenda en bepaalt in overleg wanneer je op locatie werkt en wanneer je vanuit huis werkt. We vinden het belangrijk dat je met een frisse blik naar de zorg kijkt en ideeën aandraagt...
