Wij plannen graag op korte termijn met jou een gesprek! Wil je jouw vakkennis inzetten bij uiteenlopende communicatie- en slikproblemen en werken met cliënten met complexe zorgvragen? Bij Zorggroep Noordwest-Veluwe krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, je expertise verder te ontwikkelen en samen met verschillende disciplines passende zorg te bieden. We zijn actief in Harderwijk, Ermelo, Putten en Nunspeet . Hierdoor krijg je als logopedist te maken met verschillende cliëntgroepen, zorgvragen en werkomgevingen. Dit zijn je werkzaamheden Je onderzoekt, behandelt, begeleidt en adviseert cliënten in de eerste en tweede lijn, volgens actuele richtlijnen. Je krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende ziektebeelden en zorgvragen, zoals dementie, neurologische aandoeningen, psychiatrische problematiek, oncologie en COPD. Daarnaast geef je voorlichting en advies aan cliënten en hun naasten en werk je nauw samen met zorgmedewerkers, andere disciplines en betrokken professionals. Ook lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling van de logopedie binnen de organisatie. Waar ga je werken Je werkt flexibel op onze locaties in de regio Noordwest-Veluwe en wordt ingezet binnen de psychogeriatrie, somatiek en eerste lijn. De verschillende doelgroepen en zorgsettings zorgen voor een afwisselende functie. Er is ruimte om jouw kennis en ervaring breed in te zetten en mee te denken over ontwikkelingen binnen de zorg.
