Arbeitszeit: Voll- oder Teilzeit (ab 20 Wochenstunden)

Aufgaben

Durch Kompetenz und Erfahrung meistern Sie das Daily Business selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst:

* Eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Abrechnung

* Erstellung und Verwaltung sämtlicher relevanter Unterlagen (Dienstverträge, Bescheinigungen, Meldebestätigungen etc.)

* Ansprechpartner:in bei Fragen zu Gehaltsabrechnung, Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

* Schnittstelle zu Behörden, Ämtern und Sozialversicherungsträgern

* Pflege und Verwaltung des digitalen Personalakts (Ein- und Austritte, Änderungen, Abwesenheiten etc.)

* Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen sowie Unterstützung bei diversen Projekten

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und erfolgreich absolvierte Personalverrechnungsprüfung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Abrechnungssystemen und MS Office

* Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
