Manpower Office People is specialist in de rekrutering van bediendeprofielen. Wij gaan steeds voor de ‘perfecte match’ tussen werkgever en sollicitant! Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een LOKETBEDIENDE - CONTAINERS. Als LOKETBEDIENDE werk je in een omgeving waar containerlogistiek en nauwkeurige administratie centraal staan. Je ondersteunt collega’s en zorgt er voor dat elke containerbeweging correct wordt opgevolgd. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team waar structuur, communicatie en klantgerichtheid de rode draad vormen.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen als LOKETBEDIENDE - CONTAINERS?

  • Je staat chauffeurs te woord aan het loket en zorgt voor een correcte registratie van containerbewegingen.
  • Je verwerkt gegevens in het stocksysteem en volgt alle in- en uitslagen van containers op.
  • Je onderhoudt telefonisch contact met klanten en opdrachtgevers.
  • Je voert tellingen uit en volgt de containerstock nauwkeurig op.
  • Je verwerkt administratie voor lading en lossing en bereidt werkbonnen voor facturatie voor.
  • Je behandelt douanedocumenten volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Je stelt reefers in (opleiding wordt intern voorzien).

Wat verwachten we van jou als LOKETBEDIENDE - CONTAINERS?

  • Je hebt 2-3 jaar ervaring binnen de logistiek of containersector.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in shiften tussen 6u en 21u.
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van MS Office en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; extra talen zijn mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, punctueel en behoudt het overzicht in drukke momenten.
  • Je bent communicatief, oplossingsgericht en zelfstandig.
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een teamgerichte mindset.
