Voor ons vastgoedteam zijn wij op zoek naar een Loodgieter . In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van loodgieterswerkzaamheden, reparaties en onderhoud aan onze vastgoedportefeuille. Je komt op verschillende locaties en hebt veel contact met bewoners, huurders, collega's en andere vakmensen. Van een lekkende kraan tot het vervangen van leidingwerk of het oplossen van een verstopping: jij zorgt ervoor dat het probleem vakkundig wordt opgelost. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van loodgieterswerkzaamheden in woningen en/of bedrijfspanden; - Opsporen en verhelpen van lekkages; - Repareren en vervangen van onder meer kranen, sifons, toiletten en sanitair; - Aanleggen, aanpassen en repareren van water- en afvoerleidingen; - Verhelpen van verstoppingen; - Uitvoeren van onderhoud aan sanitaire installaties; - Signaleren van technische gebreken en mogelijke vervolgwerkzaamheden; - Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud en reparatiewerkzaamheden; Wat breng jij mee?
